Appointments are released daily to be booked 3 weeks in advance for routine matters. More urgent on the day appointments can be booked by calling the Surgery from 8.00am each day. Once we have reached our capacity for the day you will be requested to call back the next day or directed to alternative services depending on urgency.
You can also access appointments online and via the MyGP app if you are registered for these services. To find out how to register please contact a member of staff at the Practice.

To maintain continuity of care it is sometimes best to consult the same doctor but this may not always be possible. If you would like to see a particular doctor then please inform a receptionist and we will do our best to accommodate you wherever we can.
If more than one member of your family wishes to be seen, please make a separate appointment for each of them.
Children under 16 should be accompanied by an adult.
In addition to our main site, we have a branch surgery that is situated at 144 Hempstead Road. Patients can be seen at either surgery and wherever possible we will try and accommodate you at your preferred site.
Of course, if you require a prompt appointment we may offer you an appointment with the doctor at either site.
Our opening times and out of hours information
See A Nurse Or Healthcare Assistant
Appointments with the Practice Nurse or Health Care Assistant can be made by telephoning 01634 231752, preferably after 9.30am.
Home Visits
If possible try to get to the surgery as we are able to offer more comprehensive care here.
If you do need a visit please try to make the request by 10.00am. A doctor will discuss the problem with you before deciding if a home visit is necessary. Please note, that a lack of transport is not an accepted reason for a home visit.
Keep It Or Cancel It
If you have made an appointment to see any member of the healthcare team and you no longer require it then please let us know at your earliest opportunity on 01634 231752. This allows us to offer the appointment to another patient.

Sessions are currently Monday to Friday 6.30pm to 8.00pm and Saturday 9.00am to 5.00pm
