New phone system

We are going live with our new phone system on Friday 8th July.
There should be no disruption to services and we don't have any planned "down-time"
This system has a number of new features available to callers so please do listen to the entire welcome message to select the correct option for your call.
You will have the options to:
- Cancel appointments
- Prescription queries
- Get results from tests (after 3.00pm daily only)
- Speak to reception
The new system does have a call back feature which keeps your place in the queue but this is not available for callers who with-hold their telephone number.
All incoming and outgoing calls will be recorded for quality and training purposes.
We are hoping that over time this will help streamline our calls to enable callers to get through to the right person at the right time more easily.
