We are “A Better Medway’s GP Partnership of the year for 2023” and have won an award for our work in Cardio Vascular Disease prevention.

This award is recognising GP Practices in their efforts to support primary and secondary prevention of Cardiovascular disease, by engaging with public health and NHS Programmes.

Following the pandemic, the team at Wigmore recognised the importance of the NHS Health check programme in addressing the rise in CVD, and prioritised recovery of the service.”

“Wigmore have engaged with the public health team in various campaigns but notably and most recently the “Measure your Pressure” campaign which is aimed to encourage all adults to have their blood pressure checked."
