- Over 65
- 50-64 years old
- Suffer from or have had, stroke, diabetes, heart disease, or COPD at any age
- Have a condition or take medication that means you have a low immunity
- Live with someone who has received a Shielding Letter previously
- Are a Carer
- Work as a health care professional
