At Wigmore & Hempstead Medical Centre, we are committed to continually improving the care and services we provide to our patients.

We are currently running a patient feedback survey, created in partnership with our Patient Participation Group. This survey gives you the opportunity to share your experience and suggest how we can enhance our services.

The survey takes approximately 5 minutes to complete and all responses are completely anonymous.

Your feedback is extremely valuable to us. After the survey closes, we will compile a summary report which will be shared:

• On our social media platforms
• In the surgery
• On our website
